1. Notification of Discrepancies:
- Upon the arrival of your floral arrangement, if you are not satisfied with what you received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within one day to inform us of the issue. This includes instances where the arrangement arrives damaged due to transportation or does not match the floral arrangement you purchased.
2. Evaluation and Resolution:
- Legado Flowers will assess the request and determine whether to approve or reject it. If approved and feasible at the time, the floral arrangement will be collected, and a new arrangement will be created according to the necessary corrections. However, the customer must bear the cost of shipping for Legado Flowers collect the old arrangement, while Legado Flowers will take care of delivering the new floral arrangement to its destination.
3. No Cash Refunds:
- Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. In the event that a customer chooses not to accept a new floral arrangement after notifying us of their dissatisfaction, we will provide them with a discount coupon for a future purchase at Legado Flowers. The percentage of the discount will be determined by Legado Flowers and can be applied towards a subsequent purchase while the customer retains the originally delivered arrangement.
